Solar panels on the roofs generate electricity during daylight hours. Your business uses that power first, and we bill you for what you use at a rate set below your daytime grid rate.
You keep your existing Ausgrid connection and your retailer for everything else. Nothing about your grid supply changes.
We supply electricity generated on site to tenancies at 4-10 Inman Road, Cromer NSW 2099.
We do not supply gas, hot water or centralised air conditioning.
The solar rate depends on your tenancy's total annual electricity use and is charged only on the solar electricity you use. There are no supply, demand, metering or connection charges and no minimum spend.
